The University encourages us to obtain your account number upon booking your event to facilitate smooth, seamless and on-time billings. If you require special payment arrangements, please notify us immediately.

Please make checks payable to the University of Rochester Catering Department.

Final guaranteed guest count for your event is due (3) business days before your event and will be considered your minimum guest count. Food is prepared based on your guaranteed guest count. If the attendance falls below your guaranteed minimum, you will still be charged for your final guaranteed guest count.
